DSHG Pilot Operated Series Solenoid Operated Directional Valves

YUKEN DSHG are two-stage pilot electro-hydraulic directional control valves, consisting of a small solenoid pilot valve + large-capacity main spool slave valve. Specially designed for high-pressure, large-flow heavy-duty hydraulic systems, perfectly matched with CJT Series Yuken hydraulic cylinders for precise linear actuator direction switching.

Working Principle

When the solenoid is energized, the pilot valve redirects control oil pressure to push the main spool, instantly reversing the main hydraulic flow direction. Low-power solenoid drives ultra-large flow circuits, achieving stable, low-impact commutation.
