Marzocchi ALP2-D-12-FG is a high-performance aluminum alloy gear pump belonging to the ALP2 series (Group 2) of Marzocchi, an internationally renowned Italian hydraulic equipment manufacturer. It features stable working performance, compact structure, light weight and high efficiency, suitable for pressure supply of oil medium to hydraulic systems as well as oil pumping and filtering applications. The pump body, flange and end cover are made of high-quality aluminum alloy, ensuring excellent mechanical performance while achieving a lightweight design.

Application Notes: The pump should be mounted on a firm and rigid bracket to absorb vibration; the coaxiality between the pump and motor shaft should be controlled within 0.1 mm, and a flexible coupling is recommended[superscript:8]. The suction pipeline should be well sealed to avoid air leakage, and the suction height should not exceed 500 mm. The minimum working speed is 600 rpm.
Series Compatibility: Can be combined with other ALP2 series models to form double pumps or multiple pumps, and optional accessories such as pressure limiting valves and flow dividers are available.
