Installation Guidelines

1. Mount the pump on a rigid, vibration-damping base to reduce noise and extend service life.
2. Ensure precise alignment between the pump and drive motor (maximum misalignment: 0.05 mm for high-pressure pumps; 0.1 mm for medium-pressure pumps).
3. Use flexible couplings to absorb vibration and avoid shaft damage.
4. Install a high-efficiency suction filter (minimum 25 μm rating) to protect the pump from contamination.
5. Keep the suction line as short and straight as possible (maximum length: 1.2 m) to ensure adequate suction performance.
6. Maintain a minimum suction velocity of 0.8 m/s to prevent cavitation.
7. Install a pressure relief valve in the system to protect the pump from overpressure damage.

Maintenance Recommendations

1. Regularly check hydraulic fluid level, temperature, and cleanliness; drain and replace contaminated fluid immediately.
